28 DAYS NOW AND NO RESPONSE TO MY REQUEST!

I started asking for assistance 1 nov. still nothing sorted. Call centre- no answer. I go to bank. Consultants have incorrect numbers, causing more frustration. hold on 45 minutes. no answer. go back how many times . eventually 31 dec consultant send my request through . now 28 days later and no answer. Have to drive to bank every time to try and get an answer as Call centre pathetic. have to wait up to 20 min to see a consultant, have done this now 4 x in pass 2 weeks. yesterday again..and still consultant say they don't have answer. I asked for 3 month holiday on bond as we going through difficult time at work. I asked a month ago so that if my request is accepted that my bond wont go of this month end and it is now the 28 Jan and I still don't know if this request is approved! I need to know! I But it is a month now and NO ANSWER! I just can"t anymore!!
