Ate review taking to long

It been two week asking for my bond rate to be reviewed on one wants to sort it, it seem as if no one want to handle my review i am in the process of having my bond removed from Fnb because of this type of service that am having i just need an answer, i have phoned asked twice already i could not get an answer from fnb Consultant, they tell me that me review is not be allocated yet, the question is why, and if it now why is taking so long for a reply do the treat all people they got bond with like this?
