Why does it take 2 to 3 working days for a eft from FNB to Standard Bank??? The money is deducted from FNB client pronto! I phone the STD call center and ask them why? They told me that's how the system work. What kind of answer is that? I want to know, since the FNB client don't have the money anymore WHO got my money for 2 to 3 working days? Call center answer: I cant tell you that!!! Is Standard bank using my money now to earn some interest somewhere? And charge a sh.tload full of money each month for account and transaction fees? Is this what is going on? Not fair i think. Can someone give me a logic explanation? If you want to answer me with all kind of bull stories, rather don't answer me!!! I'm fed up with "big companies" doing just what they like! WHERE IS MY MONEY??? That's all i want to know!!!
