My name is Patrick and I received a call from Std bank call-centre about 3-4 weeks ago, offering me a credit card and claiming a 10-15 days delivery, I then received another call from them again after 15 days asking me to confirm my information again as if they were applying for another credit card, then I refused and asked them to either cancell or send the credit card asap, which they promised it will be 5 days, which it now has been the 8th day today. They called me yesterday and I could not answer the phone, they called me today and said they will send the card to me on Friday? I refuse to wait that long for a credit card that I did not go myself to request, why do I have to wait so long? Its almost a month and therefore this qualifies as a bad service. Please do something about it urgently, I would like to receive the card before close of business today.
