Disgusting service

We have been loyal clients of FNB for about 25 years and have our whole portfolio with them. EVERYTHING of ours is with them. In fact our teenage daughter was (Yes WAS!) just waiting to get a student card so that she too can open her 1st account with FNB.

More than once I had defended FNB at work and with friends, promoting them as the best bank in SA. But after the disgusting service we received from the student loan call centre since last week and the way we were treated - NO MORE!

If FNB truly values their customers and reputation, a highly senior person should contact me within 24 hours or these loyal clients will take their business elsewhere!

Lets see if there is still anything to salvage here! Time starts now...
