No response for student loan in 3 week

I applied for student loan on 7 January 2014. Phoned after 48 hours call center agent said still awaiting approval phoned after 48 hours again, and so it is going on for three weeks now. I did bring it from the first call under attention that the study fees must be paid on 28 January 2014, and the registration fees on 24 January 2014. Did log a complaint on the Standard Bank Student loan site, now response as yet. Also send a mail to the [Email Removed] and still no response. This treatment is not acceptable, is this the way old clients is treated? I feel like taking my banking business to a other bank, and do no recommendation to any family or friends. This delay already forced me to borrow some of the money from family that's creating a debt for me on their account. Urgent assistance in this matter will highly be appreciated.
