DO NOT EVER TAKE UP LOAN WITH FINCHOICE

I applied for a loan with FINCHOICE last year, after hearing the ridiculous interest rates on the small loan amount I wanted to take out, I immediately contacted the call centre back to cancel the loan and requested that they do not deposit the money into my account due to the fact that the initiation fees was R1500 and I was in arrears on my account at the stage and would not be able to deposit the amount back immediately. the next morning the money was paid into my account and I was now liable for the initiation fees as well. after 15 days I repaid the loan amount and the initiation fees where still outstanding, after a battle with FINCHOICE I was liable for the fees and paid it of in 2 months. I am on maternity leave, on the 25th I received a sms that I owe them R1561.50 and not R854 anymore. I phoned in and the lady advised it was fees for late payment (D/O date was 25th and I received the sms on the 25th). I made payment for R876 immediately and sent proof of payment through. I received an sms advising that account is closed. they still debited yesterday as well as today for R856.THE STOP ORDERS IS COSTING ME MONEY!!! I AM GOING TO THE CONSUMER ACT AS WELL AND WILL NOT LEAVE IT!
