How is it possible?

I have been banking with FNB for the past 10 years. I am a platinum card holder who has a R1.5 million rand bond as well as vehicle finance with you. My accounts are in excellent standing having never missed any payments ever!!! I applied for a student loan as i want to further my studies. I am told tht my profile does not qualify me for a student loan? How the is that possible? The call center agent could not even tell me why i dont qualify??? I want FNB to explain to me how i dont qualify as its uncceptable that i am an excellent client of yours and i dont qualify for a small student loan?? If this is the level of service i receive i should move my entire portfolio to another bank!!
