I've submitted a claim last week for my XPeria Z. Outsurance have it listed as an Experia V for some reason and won't pay out. They won't return phone calls or emails. The insured phone has the correct IMEI nr and are insured for the value of the phone (the V is worth almost half of the Z). So what is the problem?
I have my own business which i'm running without a smartphone...
I've been an outsurance client since I can remember and to be treated like this and having my life being affected in this way is certainly not on. I've never even considered other companies as I would rather pay extra for good service, and if i'm not getting it with Outsurance, I'm sure I will find it elsewhere.
