A MONTH HAS PASSED - NO SETTLEMENT

I have reported my car on December 27 giving Outsurance the Case and Circulation number. I received a call middle January from someone following up as the person who handled my case is on leave and no one is sure what the status of the case is.By January 20 I started bombarding Outsurance with calls and emails to get my amount settled before the end of the month.

One lady tried to get me off the phone as soon as she could saying that someone else will call me that day (passing the buck). Of course no one phoned and I had to call back. I received promises everyday that my amount will be settled.

It is January 27, precisely a month later and I am still waiting for my settlement to be done. This is absolutely unacceptable service from Outsurance. The people working on this case is a bad reflection on the company.
