Shocking response from call centre

I have been trying for more than an hour to get to a consultant at Absa Insurance on 010 211 5921 without any success.
That is now after phoning 0860 100 876 and then told to phone 0860 277 377 and then told to phone 010 211 5921 and then have the phone cut off while trying to explain the problem. After that it was impossible to get hold of a consultant.
