Cant change debiet orde

It is absolutely horrific. Trying to get through to there Call Center is nearly impossible.

Once through they expect to pay a double installment if you want to change debit order time. That is very unreasonable! Who can pay double installment in a month. Please tell me essential med, how must i get to work or eat if i must pay a double installment. I'm a paying customer i really expected better customer service or
after sale service.!
