UNAUTHORISED DEBIT TO MY ACCOUNT

African bank has debietd my account twice with a double installment without my permission! I only authorised them to take a double installment from my account once, but they have debited my account twice. So effectively, I have paid four months installment in one month and the call centre is totally useless, they can't or refuse to assist me get my money back. This is illegal!
