Capitec Bank
Installment debited double! no reversal!

I went to capitec this morning to pay installment cash, because the account to be debited is no longer in use. Afterwards I received sms that debit order went through aswell! I paid double! And they are supposedly "unable" to reverse the transaction! Capitec is horrible!
