I Realized that my account hasbeen double deducted and contacted their contact centre. I'm firsty left hanging while the other person (Sidelile) is doing his personal stuff, or what ever he is doing. After phoning back apperantly no-one seems to know Sidelile. Well I get transfered to a lady Claudia who sounds like I borrowed the money from her personally. She has an attitude of note. She comes up with a story that I did not pay the installment in last year September. something I did not know and no one informed me or then phoned me to arrange a method of payment. They just thought they have freedom to deduct as they pleased from my account. This is scary and pathetic service. THANK YOU NEDBANK FOR LOOKING OUT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!
