Nedbank took R7198 without permission

My Nedbank Credit card account is behind, I made arrangements on my account. My car broke down and the repair costs comes to R9063-00. I borrowed the money from a family member. On 4 September 2013 Nedbank thought it good to deduct R7198-00 from my account without even notifing me, leaving me in a tight spot as I can't fetch my car. I phoned and spoke to the call centre agent which informed me that they don't do refunds. I then asked to speak to a supervisor who had simpathy with me and said he will see what he can do. I asked that they keep R1198 and refund me only R6000-00. On 6 September he informed me that they declined the refund. I feel that this can't be right.
