I recently changed my personal loan deduction date from the 25th to the 1st of each month. The consultant never informed me that there will be a double deduction on my account as I understood that if I already paid on the 25th of April the next deduction would be the 1st of June. I now received an SMS stating that my account will be double deducted. I don't understand what the problem is because all that needs to happen is; for instance, if my loan is paid up by the 25st January 2016 it will now be paid up by the 1st of February 2016? But apparently that is simply impossible to do. This is the second time I had problems as previously my account was randomly deducted on the 22nd instead of the 25th without notification and I had to go into my overdraft to pay the loan. I NEVER received a miserable email or anything from Nedbank apologising for the mistake. It seems that we as client need to bend backwards to accommodate precious Nedbank's payments but when the tables turn Nedbank refuses to budge.

Well done Nedbank. The little respect I had left for you is now totally down the drain.
