MiWay failed to send road side assistance

On the 23 of December 2013 i had a break down in Berlin between East London and King Williams Town, i then called MiWay for assistance but they failed to pitch up. I had to pay 2000 rands from my pocket for my car to be taken home. After a few days they called me and asked for an invoice so that they can pay me back. I called them today and asked about the claim and i was stunned when some guy told me that they only deposited 1400 because that is what i am covered for, why did they need an invoice in the first place. This insurance company is full of surprises, this is not the first horrible service from them. It was not my fault they did not pitch up they should be paying what i paid to the guys who towed my car from Berlin to East London.
