Driving mad on the freeway

Every morning and every afternoon I use the N2 freeway between King Williams Town and East London to get to and from work, and each time I come across this Bosasa Avanza (white with branding) REG# BB 97 LS GP... the driver is malicious and is a pain on the road, always in a rush almost causing serious accidents at times... its unacceptable!!!
