On Saturday the 21st I booked online [URL Removed] for a trip from Johannesburg to King Williams Town; departing on Monday the 23rd. On Sunday the 22nd I went to Park Station to pick up my ticket and was informed that my reservation had been cancelled and that the coach was full for Monday. I was advised to draw cash and make a booking for the next available bus which was departing Tuesday the 24th. The worst part is that on Tuesday prior to boarding I was at your offices and told to go to Computicket and ask them for a refund. Needless to say the bus left without me. I had to board the bus departing to East London via Pietermaritzburg which was a nightmare. I was the last passenger to disembark at East London station so I could catch a taxi to King William's Town. I was so upset to realise that my toiletry bag was missing and called the East London office where they searched the bus and said that it was not there. Please refund me the money I paid URGENTLY. I want it in CASH TODAY. So your staff are on top of everything else. Thank you
