I want out after not even a month!!

I joined Essential Med and I requested cover to start in January 2014 as I had a Discovery Medical aid to cancel. I was told I was covered and have no waiting period. When my boy got sick, I was told I have a waiting period even for emergencies. I requested that a senior official listen to the call recordings and get back to me. Nothing happened.
I was also told I cannot get my terms and conditions to see what restrictions there is as it was already posted to me. I have not received anything. Now, boy is sick again and I have no idea what to do. I was also told my care package has been sent, yet, received nothing.

Please have someone phone me as I need to cancel this immediatly so that you do not deduct money from my account again.
