I am just about to lose my cool with FNB! It seems as though client satisfaction is the last of their priorities!

I am not even going to explain my story as I posted it on Hello Peter just the other day where I was told to expect a response, but guess what?? No one called me! I have phoned FNB numerous times over the past 2 weeks and was told I would be called back.. do I need to say guess what again?

It has gotten to the point now where I just don't know what other route to take to get my business account resolved or even active for that matter. On that note, FNB, please cancel the pending business account. I will chose another bank to do this with. I would appreciate a call in order to do this. I won't be surprised if I don't get a call though.

In addition to the above, I also have my personal cheque account with FNB - which I have had for years now, but as a result of this mess, I will be changing that too.

Oh and lastly, I purchased a Galaxy S4 mini through FNB but it is faulty and needs to be changed!

It will take a miracle for me to gain trust in FNB again.
