I opened a business account 2 weeks ago. your staff Jo-Anne at green stone was Phenomenal by the way. best service i have ever received from any staff at Standard Bank.

Now your debit department has left a bad taste in my mouth, I'm so tired of the lack in service and disregard Standard bank shows clients. one employee helps beyond belief and goes to the end of the world for her client (Jo-Anne) and the rest of your divisions mess it up. ( Sad part is now Jo-Annes name has be bought up because of all your other incompetent staff, when there is actually only one person in your company that is competent beyond belief)

i open up a business account where i sign that only R90 debit order must go out every month! your debtors go and debit R7000 out of my business account!

i logged this call on Friday and guess what like usual i have to wait more than 48 hours for someone to rectify this! I'm still waiting for your Midrand division to call me back regarding opening up a new business account, but don't worry Jo-Anne assisted thank! i expect this matter be sorted out ASAP, I'm getting to a point where I'm highly contemplating changing to a bank that actually has CUSTOMER SERVICE!
