FNB Business Account - Not getting any feedback

I'm in the process of starting my own business and at this point my biggest holdup is FNB. I applied for a business account on the 3rd of December 2013. It is now the 7th of January and the account is still not active. After I applied for the account I got a call from the department (I'm under protective registration after being a victim of identity). After supplying them with the required documents they informed me that my account application was approved and that the normal procedures will now continue. A few days later I received the card for the account with a note that it would be active within 24 hours. At the moment it's 3 weeks later and this account is still not active.
I have made multiple calls to the call center and the only response I get is that they will send an email to the account department. On the last call I asked to talk to the people in the account department, but I was informed that I cannot talk to them and only an email can be sent?
At the moment my startup business is suffering since I have clients who need to pay and I don't have an active account to receive the money.
