No delivery of Smartphone & zero feedback

On the 22nd of March I applied for a galaxy S3 mini online and I have not received the smart phone to this day (29 April). On my first application phone call I was told that I needed to switch my debit orders and deposit R5500 in my personal cheque account. I had to start using my personal and not business account as my primary transactional account which I did and I sent them all the documentation they requested. At this point I thought everything was on track. After a about 2 weeks or so I called in again and was told that there was a stock shortage (not communicated). So I gave them some time. I called a week later and I was told that before the week ended the courier company would call to arrange deliver, this didn't happen so I called again and I was then told that my application had been escalated and sent to the head office because there was an issue with my account, this is now on the 22nd of April, a full month after I had applied and had been approved for the phone. I called again on the 25th or 26th, spoke to Themba, he said I should call back on Monday for n answer but he is continually busy. Spoke to another lady, Ntombi she was no help. No feedback no phone still
