I opened my saving account on the internet a couple of months ago. No where on their terms and conditions mentioned that I will be charged service fees for transfering money from one FNB account to the other, not did they mention that I need to have a balance of -R2000 per month not to be charged service fees. This is ridiculous. i have been a client of FNB for 12yrs and i have never heard such nonsense in my life. Is this the way their are treating their clients? who gets charged from transfering money from an FNB account to an FNB account?? Wooow really FNB! really. The nerve of saying you need to have a balance of -R2000 at the end of the month, in order for you not to be charged any service fees... PATHETIC
