FNB - HOW CAN WE RIP YOU OFF TO GET RICHER???

Normally FNB cheque bank charges are charged on the 1st of every month, since its a cheque account and earns me no interest once all my payments are done i transfer the balance out to my savings account at a NON FNB account. MAGICALLY ON THE 25 JUNE 2013 i get charged some bank fees for no apparent reason???
The charge pushes my account into negative and now i get charge PENALTY INTEREST FOR BEEN IN NEGATIVE!!! 1 THAT WAY FNB MAKES MORE MONEY AND RIPS US OFF FURTHER, after an investigation the pathetic old excuse in the book FNB gives me is sorry its a 'SYSTEM ERROR" but dont worry you were not double charged, AND THEY NEGLECT TO MENTION THE ADDITIONAL INTEREST IM CHARGED FOR BEEN IN NEGATIVE, this is a great way for FNB to rip off south african market without you even knowing it, I got no notification, no apology, no notice in advance of whats going on, IF I DIDNT SEE IS GOING ON, AND QUERY IT THEY WOULD JUST MERRILY HAPPILY GO ABOUT RIPPING YOU OFF. POOR SHOW FNB!!! YOUR SERVICE IS APPALLING, YOUR BANK CHARGES ARE NOW VERY QUESTIONABLE, I WONDER WHAT THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN WOULD HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS??? SHOULD WE FIND OUT???
