I recently opened an FNB Commercial Banking account, I was very impressed with the fast and effecient service of this bank when opening the account.
Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with the fact that FNB have charged me fees for services which are included in my banking package!!
IN the pamphlet and when I signed onto the account it stated that I am allowed to deposit R50k into this account free per month. NOT SO I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THIS. CASH HANDLING FEES R78.92 and R362.50!!!
My account fees would be fixed at R280.00 per month. I have been charged services Fees of R50.40 for what I do not know??
BE WARE THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING, I WANT THIS AMOUNT REINBURSED INTO MY ACCOUNT. YOU CANNOT CHARGE FOR THINGS YOU ADVERTISE TO COVER FREE!!!
I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED AND THINKING OF CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT!!!
