I GOT A CONTRACT PHONE FROM JABBA CONECT 3 MONTHS AGO SO LAST MONTH I WENT FOM A SAVINGS ACC TO A CHEQUE ACC AND I INFORMED JABBA ABOUT THE CHANGES BUT NO ONE LISTENED AND UPDATED MY DETAILS LIKE I ASKED THEM TO DO I CALLED 3 TIMES TO DO THIS THEN AFTER THE 26 MAY WHEN THE DEBIT ORDER NEEDED TO GO THROUGH IT COULD NOT BECAUSE THEY NEVER UPDATED MY DETAILS AFTER THAT I CALLED AGAIN 2 TIMES AND SAME THING HAPPENED NO ONE UPDATED MY DETAILS AND WHEN THEY DIDN'T GET PAYMENT THEY CALLED ME 30 TIMES A DAY FOR SOMETHING I WANTED TO PREVENT TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL HAND OVER MY ACCOUNT AND I MUST PAY "NOW" NOW THEY WAND WRITTEN BANKING DETAILS AND STUFF AND WHEN THEY CALLED ME TO SELL ME THIS PHONE THEY TOOK IT OVER THE PHONE. I WOULD LIKE TO SEND THIS PHONE BACK TO THEM AND I WANT ANSWERS BECASE I NEVER HAD THIS FROM MTN NOR VODACOM I THINK IT'S BEST IF THEY TAKE THIS PHONE BACK AND THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE.
