Fed up with how long it takes to get an answer!!!

I emailed on 11/12/2013 to find out why my excess was raised to R3000.
I eventually got a phone call on the 23/12/2013. The only explanation I got was that 'it was a renewal policy".
That does not answer my question! I was already annoyed that it had taken almost 2 weeks to get an answer, and then to eventually be phoned by someone who didn't provide me with a proper answer and was very short with me to the extent that I could actually say she was rude, really just pushed me over the edge. I have been paying car insurance since 2003, and have NEVER made a claim. I should be the kind of client you run after, pays on time every month and never claims! My excess should be getting lower!! I asked for a new quote so that I could compare it to other quotes I got, and was told it could only be done over the phone, I asked her to phone back at 15h30 that day as I was about to go into a meeting. She assured me that I would be contacted at 15h30... surprise surprise, no one tried contact me until 02/01/2014, I was not available at the time to take the call. I received a message asking me to contact Onwaba, and I will be emailing her now.
January will be the last month I am insured with MiWay!
