On the 31st December 2013 I went to FNB Germiston branch to request for a partial payment from my 32 days Notice. I was helped by one of the consultant who mentioned that they can't give me the money because I don't have a proof of what I want to do with the money, I then asked to talk to a Bank manager but she mentioned that the Branch Manager is on leave but the supervisor will help me, Dumisane (the supervisor) came and I explained to him that I need the money as I had an emergency, He then asked me where I opened the Account and I told him that I opened the account in EC he then said I must go there because he's not gonna help me. I told him that I have done a partial payment before and that the contract says for partial payment there's a penalty that the bank charges and I was willing to pay it, his response was bad and mentioned that "Angeke angincenge"... I must go to EC where I opened the account. Is that the kind of service FNB offers to it's customers? If that's the case then, I'm going to open an account with any other bank that offers better service to it's clients. Dumisane's behaviour was way out of line and I didn't expect that from a "supervisor".
