FNB Property Finance decline

Hi, I didn't want to go and write about FNB in this site but I think there is nothing else to do. I applied at FNB for property finance and they kept quite about it until I called them today only to find out my "application" was declined. I asked to be transfered to a credit analyst and the agent said he can't because I don't have an application, if i have a problem i should call transunion. I thought banks knew why they would decline their clients but according to the service I received, it looks like the guy i was talking to didn't know. If there was an explanation as to why I was declined, maybe I would have been able to fix it, but in this case I'm left in the dark. The worst part is that I'm an FNB employee, if my bank is doing this to me, I can only imagine what our customers are saying.
