HOLLARD DONT PAY OUT

Over the past couple of month KZN/Waterfall Area have had huge storms.

This has lead to our roof leaking. Two contractors came out to give a report, one chosen by ourselves (leaky roof) the other sent by Bay Union/ Hollard.

Both contractors TELL ME TO MY FACE ITS IS STORM DAMAGE, from resulting high winds, which shred the plastic underlay.

HOLLARD say that the report says its gradual deterioration, and WILL NOT HONOUR CLAIM.

QUESTION: WHY IS IT ONLY DAMAGED ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE WHERE THE STORMS COME FROM?
The rest of the plastic is 100% fine... why no gradual deterioration on the NONE STORM SIDE???

PASSING THE BUCK ..HE SAID /SHE SAID... will not honour claim.

Now that's what I call great customer service Bay Union /Hollard

Time to look for another insurer.
