TWO LOAN ACCOUNTS PAID UP, NOT YET CLOSED

I had two loan accounts with FNB that have been settled in full, yet they reflect as being open on my profile at the credit bureaus. After sending emails and getting the incorrect feedback from a Kaylene Cochrane, I give up. I need this matter resolved urgently. Update my account status and revert back to me in writing that you have completed my request.
