THEY HAD NOT DONE MY REFUND

I had loans with FNB, I piad them off, they deducted instalment anyway monthend, i asked for my refund, i was pronmised that it will be refunded in 4 working days, its been tweeks now no refund has came through, i have called 3 times even visited the bank up to now. Am so inconvienienced.
