Liberty charges me R13k to transfer away from them

So, for the past seven years, Liberty has been sitting with my RA fund, as well as a preservation fund. I've been paying a couple of hundred bucks a month into the RA fund. After asking them for my fee structure, a request that they have never responded to, I decided to cut my losses and move to someone who is a little more transparent in their dealings with customers.

I now got the email with the transfer fees. Now, considering that my RA is now only about R70k in value, R13k in transfer fees for "outstanding expenses not recovered yet", I would suggest that EVERY SINGLE PERSON who has an RA with them, move away from them ASAP. If this is their fees for transferring away from them, imagine what they charge you on a yearly basis to keep YOUR money in THEIR bank account for years and years.

Daylight if you ask me. I'm done with Liberty.
