COMPLAINT AGAINST LIBERTY LIFE

LIBERTY LIFE PENSION FUND

I have been severely prejudiced in my dealings with Liberty Life iro my

pension fund and will not let this matter rest until I have been fairly

compensated.

Liberty Life were charging excessive fees in managing the pension fund and

it was decided to liquidate the fund.

The monies were not placed in an interest bearing account which

I was informed on a few occasions had been the case. The liquidation

of a very small fund took approximately 4 years to complete.

I have numerous correspondence on file from Liberty Life, apologising

for the delay.

I have been severely prejudiced and insist on being reimbursed iro management

fees unfairly charged as well as loss of interest.

I have numerous correspondence on file where Liberty Life apologised for delay.

It was due to their negligence that this matter was not resolved timeously.

On 23 November 2011 Liberty Life again apologised for the inconvenience caused

but still the matter dragged on.
