Hereford should be fired

Hereford opened an office in Uvongo and was very quick to take our money and were full of promises.
Within 8 months they had closed. No letters of advice or anything. I think it's disgusting. There are many of us who are totally aghast at the way we've been treated.
My policies will be transferred back to another broker, and will certainly NOT use liberty life again. I've multiple staff members who've got policies as well which my company pays for. This will also cease.
I'm still waiting for a cancelled contract refund for 6 months. And still waiting... After a number of complaints. Now the branch and staff are missing??? Liberty life name is ruined by the pathetic non action of Hereford group. Bad choice!
