Because of consistently poor service from Liberty Life, I have now decided to cancel all my policies. I have repeatedly tried to resolve the issues by communicating with a "person" but only get the standard computer response to my letters.
It took almost 3 weeks and many many letters for Liberty Life staff to correctly change my address recently. Now I'm going through the same drama trying to amend my debit orders.
