The worst service I received

Yet another promise was broken as for the hundredth time, nobody contacted me and gave me any response what so ever.

My car was written off 3 months after purchase. The contract balance was R174k of which I paid R164k. They promised me several times the account will be closed and settled.

Still nobody has contacted me. I have phoned and emailed MFC on my own expenses for over 2 months now (8 mails and countless calls) and have not received one call or email back. It's the worst service I received in my life.

As of this moment I still have no idea what is going on on my account, and due to the lack of response and assistance I assume this matter is closed and are awaiting confirmation from their offices that confirms my account has been closed.

If in the future for whatever reason I were to find out that my credit record or there is any financial implications due to MFC's lack of service and assistance, I will sue the socks of your company.

I expect a letter of closure of my account in this week otherwise, I get my lawyers involved.

I have honored all my payments and settlements, yet MFC has no intentions of assisting me.
