I was blacklisted for a doctors account more than a year ago for a very small ammount. I did not know about the account and since moved witch is probably why i never found out as they could not send me a statement. I was busy with opening a bussiness when i found out that i was blaclisted. I contacted the atorneys, paid the ammount that i owed them and also a further ammount to Transunion to get my name removed from the credit berue two weeks later Transunion send me a fax with the documents to prove that my name was blaclist free. I received a credit report and it showed that i was still blacklisted but it was from XDS. I contacted XDS and was told that it was for the docters account and if i wanted to dispute it i had to fill in the papers and send it back that was 3 months after Transunion removed my name but it was still on the XDS system. I send the forms 6 August, phoned countless times and had to send the forms back AGAIN and phone back some more I was even told by them that i was not regestired at home affairs (WHAT THE???) now four months later my name is removed but my credit score is so poor its useless. I WANT MY NAME RESTORED TO WHAT IT WAS!!!
