I wish to lodge a complaint you guys took R2000 out of my account this is despite me making a payment every month as soon as I receive my salary.

Not only that, you gave me no notification of this . you did the transaction on 27th it is now 29th if I did not check my bank I would only realize this after my debit orders would be returned due to your actions of course you will be more than happy to charge me the bank fees on the returned orders and use the fact against my record next time

I am busy getting divorced and I am getting no financial support for my spouse I cannot go and buy groceries or pay the rest of my debt now, so thanks for that.
