In April I dishonoured a debit order for my Loan with FNB and a few days later made the full settlement payment (with the amount supplied on the settlement letter). After several calls I made to enquire regarding the balance and receiving the confirmation letter that everything was settled, I was advised that the debit order had been cancelled (& it was) but I never received the confirmation letter until today when I received a call from a THABISILE who then liaised with her Team leader, Juscaline, who told me I was in arrears and with interest. I told them my story all over again. I was promised that all calls would be listened to made to & by myself as I had instructed them so. If the consultants are not COMPETENT to do their job, then why am I suffering the consequences, 4 months down the line?? Is it because they wanted to generate some interest hence calling me after such a long time instead of penalising the consultant & company taking responsibility. They are just a bunch of and I need this sorted out as I'm unprepared to pay another dime for something I believe to have paid up, ages ago nor even interest.
