UCount system untrustworthy!?!

I registered for the UCOUNT reward system a couple of months ago. When I log into my account to view my statement and balance, it does not show accurate reward summaries, as not eveb ONE of my Caltex petrol purchases show on the statements or is added to my points.

I logged a query via the website with tracking number #1874686, and they said that they will contact me within 48 hours... That was on the 3rd of august. I mailed them again yesterday but still no response...

I am not happy with this, and also with the rewards system, as how can I be sure that all my transactions will register on the system, and so as this is a service that I pay for, how can I be sure that I am getting what I am paying for?
