STANDARD BANK NOT DELIVERING ON UCOUNT REWARDS

I applied for the UCOUNT reward system in August 2013. I received the card and registered as requested in September 2013. i have been utilising my credit card at different sops/garages but TO DATE after enquiries on a regular basis (every single month at least once or twice) and after going to see a consultant at Standard bank, a LOT of promises that the system would be rectified, but STILL NO POINTS. YET the monthly fee of R20, 00 is deducted from my account! Surely this is!
