Ucount and Caltex-earnr R1 per litre

As a dedicated standard bank client I have joined the wonderful rewards system. Earn few percent on purchases at selected stores and R1 per liter back on fuel at any caltex forecourt... Guess what, I have not received R5 back for all the liters of petrol I have put in at Caltex in Three Rivers Vereeniging. I have logged my 1st complaint after my 1st month of "earning rewards". And still the problem remains the same. I have spoken to many call centre agents and they promised me they are dealing with the problem as they can see all the transactions and unfair rewards. A manager was attending to my query aswell "or so they said" and guess what... still no progress or outcome. They are quick to take the fee off my cheque account every month but boy not eager to give... so what is the use?? Must I rather change to Fnb, maybe start earning some ebucks and why go to a caltex if I can go to engen or shell? Because I had trust in my bank!! Thought how nice of them to give a bit and not just take... well my bad, how stupid of me!!! All the excitement and fuss over nothing.
