Not getting any R1 back of UCount Rewards!

I have made a very startling discovery from a paypoint teller that all along I have not been getting the UCount rewards from Standard Bank.

Apparently upon filling up at a Caltex service station, a motorist has to make payment from the outside (as opposed to inside the shop) in one of those mobile paypoints otherwise it will NOT reflect on the UCount and the motorist will therefore forfeit the points!

Silly me, I have been criss-crossing all over the country since the inception of this reward system and I have this habit of purchasing a drink and ending up making a once-off payment in the Star-Shop (inside, instead of outside). Little did I know that all the points I have been 'accumulating' have not been accumulating.

I feel that Standard Bank along with Caltex MUST educate paypoint tellers and pump-jockeys to inform motorist of this risk of paying from inside. I feel let down and disappointed at Caltex as well as Standard Bank for not telling us about this 'catch' if you can call it that!
