With this report I would like to thank three of your employees for the service render to me in a time were I was so confused an in distress.

With the news from the assessor that my car that I loved and looked after for years been written off, I was devastated. Tazneem took this matter as if it were her own car and the morning after the accident a Avis rental car were ready to collect. Today a week later the claim been settled and the new cars insurance been added with no hassles.

Tazneem, Vivian and Cathy are a real asset to the company and branch, not once I felt like they treated me like a number or just a case.

This were the first time I have to deal with the insurance company to claim, and these employees made it as less stressful as it could be, a warm and huge thank you to the above mentioned.

This will be the business I will promote to all my colleagues and friends for further use.
