I have been with 4 of the big insurance company's in SA but have never experienced this level of service from any of them. I have bought 3 cars since I am with them and has house content insured with them and at no stage did I ever have to run around and look or do anything, I just give Mohammed and his team a call and when I go to collect my vehicles all the paperwork is done. I also had a claim recently and at no stage did they look at where to penalize me but rather how to assist me. The team of people working at Alexander Forbes is the best. They are hands on with their supplier and even when my new car was supposed to be fitted with a tracker they took care of all of that. With a team like Mohammed and Rampertab Nashlen I will stay with Alexander Forbes. Great work
