I don't understand how can a service that seem to start so well tumble to the bottom so quickly.

On the 04/07/2013 I had to call at least 3 times resolving issues as follows;
o I needed proof of insurance to take to my bank to release the car, despite my initial call and confirmation from your consultant that he will send the proof he didn't.
o When I got to the bank I discovered that that both the engine and vin number were not on the letter subsequently they couldn't release the car meaning I had to call again,
o The worst one was that the risk address on the letter did not match my primary residence despite telling the Monique during the quotation that the address sent by the dealer was not my primary address.

The change in address affected my premium which went from R1400 to R1800. I explicitly highlighted the error during the quotation but was told I can change it later and you can review the recording.

I want this resolved otherwise we part ways. It's way to early to be having problems, if this is an indication of your service I'll probably get a stroke should I really be in an emergency and need your assistance.
